Description
Team Fortress 2 is a first person shooter game that was developed and published by Valve software in 2007.
The game features two teams of mercenaries hired to duke it out over many useless pieces of land, or petty disputes.
Post-release Valve started working with the community to ship their custom levels and include them in the casual queue for anybody to try. Bringing them in front of one of the largest active communities for a multiplayer pc game to date.
I worked with Valve back in Summer of 2025 to help ship a map I worked on called "Demolition" and bring it to the casual queue.
This is on top of many other mapping projects I've worked on in the past. On this page are some of the major highlights of what I've done, along with some other miscellaneous examples.

Maps
Demolition is a very small King of the hill map that takes place on an old fashioned oil rig. Players fight to capture the central control point and run out their timer. This map allows for quick rotation times and movement with a dynamic layout and small size.
I was brought on to direct the artpass and handle detailing.
This map was officially added to TF2 in the Summer 2025 update.

Cullday is a Payload map that takes place in a military research base. When you cause an experiment involving a proton collider to go wrong, it's up to you to reunite the bomb with the singularity before all of reality falls apart around you.

Chilly Chamber is a King of the hill map set inside of an ice cream factory during a hot Summers day. Both teams fight to gain control over the factory by whatever means necessary.

Hellsgate is an Invade Capture the Flag map set in a seaside town. Players collect candles from the truck in the center of the map and bring them to the enemy base. Three captures, you win, simple as that!

Azureworld is an asymetrical Player Destruction map set on the coast of a tropical island. Players play inside of a resort and battle for multi-coloured Leis which they deposit in either of two capture zones which alternate as the game goes on.
This map features boostpads which can be used to propel players, giving them a boost in movement speed.

Walkthrough tour
Shoreblast is a tropical reskin of the map "Offblast" originally made for the Arena gamemode back in 2009. This version contains a multitude of changes including a bridge on the capture point that extends once it opens, and water surrounding the map letting players access the new beach area.

Firebrand is a VIP Escort map featuring a new type of VIP: the Mobster. He's armed, dangerous, and he's gonna steal a truck full of munitions.
Firebrand is a launch map for the custom TF2 VIP mode that released as a candidate for the 2025 Summer update.
I was brought on to direct and aid in creating the artpass.

Cortex is a compact Player Destruction map set in a mad laboratory dungeon. Collect brains of your enemies in an attempt to satisfy the preserved twin brains in the center of the map, else risk losing your own to their madness.
I was brought on to do particle work and detail the brain dimension.

Leicoast is a Player Destruction map set in a coastal town. Collect leis off the bodies of your enemies and bring them to the moving boat in the center of the map to help take back your vacation destination.

Environmental trailer
Marino is an Arena map that takes place in and around a mine in the middle of the Badlands. It goes for a Gravelpit style artpass with an interesting layout that provides lots of varying elevation and cover. As well as a gimmick that can dictate how you play the map with non respawning breakable boards.

Miscellaneous projects
Map
Underpass is a map made for the community made Cops and Robbers gamemode that I was co-lead on. Once the project got shelved, so was this launch map.
Underpass takes place in the center of Vancouver Canada with players fighting over a huge overpass in the center of the map.
I still plan on reworking this map and releasing it at some point.

Seacat Subway is the temporary name for a currently unreleased detailing map I made for a map jam that I intend on using for a potential level sometime in the future.
It's set in an underground subway terminal with green and yellow accents.

Slimy springs is a King of the hill map I made for a server's April fools map event. It's a TF2 take on the level of the same name in Super Mario Galaxy 2. It features many elements of that game with both team's spawn rooms being an identical copy of that level's starting point.

Lonepine is a Capture the flag map set inside a classic styled mall in the southern United States. It was my second major TF2 map release created as a candidate for getting included in the game.
It was well received for it's unique CTF layout, and fun theming.
This is one that I do wish to remake to a higher standard in the future.

Clean sweep is a custom warpaint made as a potential candidate for inclusion in TF2. It's based off the Poltergust 5000 vacuum from Luigi's Mansion 2.

Star Struck is an unusual effect created by Somewhat Cloudy.
I did the promotional images for this item's Steam page. I made 3D posters and animated icons that helped to display what the effects look like in-game.
